London Tattoo Appointment Deposit

DEPOSIT:

This non-refundable deposit means you are securing an appointment to get tattooed by Soto. The deposit will go towards the final price of the tattoo.

Deposits cannot be refunded except in the unlikely event of the tattooist having to completely cancel with no new date offered. A refund may be offered if a rescheduled appointment is needed with less than 24 hours notice.

If you would like to cancel or reschedule once the deposit has been paid, the deposit cannot be refunded - instead, it can be applied to a future date, provided that you give at least a 72 hours notice and a new date has been confirmed. Only one change of date is possible.

The deposit is automatically VOID if upon rescheduling, the new/second date needs to be rescheduled again or is canceled by you, the client. Or if we are notified less than 72 hours prior (working days) to the original appointment date.

 

PRICING:

The £250 NON-REFUNDABLE holding deposit will go towards the final price of the tattoo. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash ONLY <3.

Sessions usually last between 2 to 6 hours for SMALL to LARGE pieces, XXL pieces may require a longer session. Prices per session usually range from £375-£1300 depending on complexity, size and placement.

Tattoos are priced at approximately £250 an hour.

If you are working on a specific budget or would like an estimate of the full price for a piece, don't hesitate to ask but note that it remains an approximation and does not constitute a commitment by Soto to finish within the time indicated or to charge within the estimate.

Soto does not typically do consultations. The piece is discussed, designed, and executed during the session booked.

 

POLICIES:

All designs produced in the context of the tattoo remain Soto’s intellectual property and may be re-used at her discretion. You are obviously fully entitled to use the image of your tattoo as part of your own image with no limitations.

You might be asked to have your photo taken. By agreeing, you grant Soto unrestricted right to use the images taken for promotional or editorial purposes. Any restrictions must be clearly and immediately mentioned. Please ask for permission before taking pictures or recording videos inside the tattoo studio as other individuals may not be comfortable being captured :)

Please eat a full meal and drink a lot of water before your appointment. You are expected to be sober during your appointment as alcohol and/or substance use may alter your blood consistency and healing process, you understand that withholding information or going against this policy may result in contraindications and/or irritation to the skin. 

The procedure you receive is voluntary and you release the studio and professional from liability and assume full responsibility thereof.

Only you, the client, is allowed to be present during the appointment and you are expected to arrive on time, if you are 15 minutes late or more, the appointment may be considered as canceled. 

Once the appointment starts, a portion or the entirety of the session fee can be required, even if you decided to not proceed with the tattoo.

In case of any inappropriate, discriminatory or harassing behaviors, unwelcome advances or other verbal and/or physical contact of a sexual nature creating a stressful environment or preventing any individual from effectively performing their duties, your appointment may be canceled.

You are encouraged to notify Soto if you are traveling from afar for your appointment.
